Work–Family Conflicts among Female Staff of Higher Institutions in Nigeria

Striking balance and maintaining harmony between work family have always been a great challenge for women in general. This article examines factors that conflict official responsibilities demand among female staff of higher institution learning Nigeria. A structured questionnaire is administered to institutions across the country. Hierarchical sampling technique used select from each institution. Simple percentage bar charts are present socio-demographic characteristics respondents. The mean responses factor ranked first four discussed. Stress, mental fatigue, psychological burnout/disorder major effects observed, while resuming closing at convenience mechanism being by tertiary institutions. Other highly mechanisms using housekeeper/help, childcare center closer workplace, help colleagues carrying out assignments.
